Trail Alliance church is growing and so is our children’s ministry. We are seeking a Children’s Ministry Director to lead & nurture the spiritual growth of the children’s ministry. This is currently a three-quarter position requiring a mature disciple of Jesus Christ, passionate about cultivating joyful trust in Christ among children.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the Sunday KIDS church, recruiting and equipping lay leaders and working alongside our family Pastor.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about kid’s ministry and love kids & the Scriptures. This person should also understand and love the Scriptures, be creative & collaborative and be committed to empowering parents in their spiritual leadership at home.
